We don’t currently have kids birthday packages. However, we are happy to accommodate you and provide recommendations for activities that may be appropriate. We also provide kids snack boxes.

No, children who are not participating in gaming do not need to pay. They are welcome to join the group on the lanes and be part of the fun!

Yes, carers can participate in a game of bowling for just £5. The person they’re accompanying will be charged at the standard rate. This discount is not bookable online as it is only provided on a walk-in basis. Carers are also required to bring in a valid Carer ID.

Yes, our venue is designed to be accessible, with ramps and lifts available for ease of movement. Please note that our mini-golf course includes elevated platforms, which may require additional assistance. If you have specific needs, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to help ensure an enjoyable visit for everyone!

There’s no need to book the arcades. Simply visit the venue and purchase an arcade card at one of our kiosks to start playing!

Yes, we have measures in place to ensure safety and an enjoyable experience for all participants. Players must be at least 8 years old, weigh no more than 20 stone/127 kg and be at least 4ft 9in tall.

For your own safety, we do not recommend karting for those with the following conditions:

• Heart problems
• Pregnant
• Have epilepsy
• Have limited use in their limbs (both legs or one arms)
• Have any back or neck conditions
• You must be at least 4ft 9+ to take part.
• A waiver will be signed by all guests before participation.

Your karting booking includes an approximately 8-minute race. The 20-minutes allocated before the race allows players to fill out waiver forms, get kitted up and listen to the briefing. This ensures everyone has a great experience and is prepared.

The VR solo-pods are perfect for solo gamers or groups who want to take turns playing immersive single-player games while watching each other. On the other hand, VEX and Phenomena are VR arenas designed for co-operative and competitive group gaming, offering an action-packed experience for everyone involved.

Both VR arenas have a range of games to choose from. VEX has more games where you work together as a team, whereas Phenomena can be more competitive. Phenomena is great for anyone trying out VR for the first time. If you want a more immersive experience, VEX comes with a haptic vest in addition to the headset and hand controls. First-timers are also welcome to play VEX.

We do not enforce an age restriction but recommend most of our VR experiences to individuals aged 8 and above. Middlesbrough has VR Spree which is better suited for younger children

If booking multiple VR experiences, we recommend taking a break between them. Recharge and refresh!
We do not recommend participation if you have any of the below conditions:

We also do not recommend participation if you are pregnant.

Headsets can be adjusted, so glasses can be worn underneath.
