  • What are e-karts?
    E-Karts are immersive go karts that give you a live action video game experience. Think Mario Kart but make it reality. You’ll be racing real karts around tracks in a augmented world, with virtual power ups to use against your competition.
  • How does it work?
    Using tech infused electric karts and augmented reality technology, we’re able to bring your karting experience to life.
  • How long does each race last?
    Most racing events, unless stated otherwise should last no more than 30 minutes.

    Guests will be asked to sign a waiver prior to driving. The 30 minute time slot booked includes – signing waiver, kitting up, safety video and an approx. 8 minute race.
  • What should I wear?
    We advise to wear as comfortable clothing as possible. We provide everything you need to get behind the wheel, including a protective helmet.

    - Wearing a helmet is compulsory. Balaclavas are available for purchase, however, these are not compulsory.
    - No high heels or open toed shoes.
    - All scarves, sashes or loose flowing clothing must be removed.
    - All hair must be tied up and jewellery removed.
  • Are there any restrictions?
    For your own safety, we do not recommend karting for those with the following conditions:

    - Heart problems
    - Pregnant
    - Have epilepsy
    - Have any back or neck conditions
    - Have limited use in their limbs (both legs or one arms)
    - You must be at least 4ft 9+ to take part.
    - A waiver will be signed by all customers before participation.
  • Do you need a driving licence to race?
    No, you don’t need a driving licence, although you should be physically fit enough to control and maneuver the kart.
  • I don't want to play, can I just watch?
    Yes, if you want to spectate or cheer on your friends or family, there are places to view the track from our arcades.
  • What are Pro and Standard Races?
    Pro races will have a kart speed of 25mph and is available for ages 18 and above. Whereas standard speed races will be at a reduced speed of up to 17mph, available for all to ages 8 and up, including adults. The minimum height for both races is 4ft 9+ and will last 8 minutes.

    Timings are as follows:

    Standard speed races: Opening until 9pm

    Game of karts: 4pm until 9pm

    Pro races: 9pm until close
  • Can I drink alcohol before I drive?
    No, if any members of staff suspect anyone to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, they will not be permitted to take part and will not be eligible for a refund. We do this to ensure the safety of everyone. Alcoholic drinks are only allowed to be consumed after you have finished karting.

VR is a new generation of computer games that use virtual reality (VR) technology to give players a truly immersive game playing experience.

Yes, we recommend to pre book on your chosen experiences, you can however check with a team member whilst onsite with us and they will advise you of the next bookable slot.

We have a range of VR experiences from single player to multi player free roaming games.

We have a range of games to suit all ages. Parent discretion is advised to ensure your child is playing an age-appropriate game.

Our on-site team are on hand to guide you through the experience from setup to game options.

The majority of games are accessibility friendly, our on site team will be able to provide advice and assistance where required.

We don’t recommend VR if you have epilepsy due to the flashy visual effects.

The headsets are adjustable to allow for glasses to be worn underneath. Our venue team will be happy to assist with any adjustments required.

Food and drink can be ordered via the app or by scanning the QR code. Keep an eye out on the screens for your order to be ready and head over to the bar to collect when ready.
