Level X is a family friendly venue and allow children of all ages in our venues, however children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an 18+ adult. Children aged 12-17 can visit unaccompanied until 7pm; if accompanied by an adult, they can stay until 9pm.
Please be aware, after 9pm, Level X is an 18+ only venue. Management retain the right to refuse entry to anyone, who is unable to prove their age with a passport/driving license, when asked. Please note, photocopies or photographs will not be accepted.
We require full pre-payment in order to secure your booking. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gaming is subject to availability, and you may be required to queue to participate in popular activities at peak times.
If you are in a queue but your gaming timeslot runs out as long as your wristband has been scanned within your allocated time you will be able to access your activity.
How long do arcade credit and tokens last? 6 months. You can use the same wristband, if you keep hold of it for next time or log into your account at a kiosk on your next visit to reprint a new band. After 6 months of no activity, any unused credit will reset to zero.

Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you don’t arrive for your reservation this is classed as a No Show, no refund can be offered.
Your purchased time starts at the time you selected when booking online so we recommend getting there around 30 mins early to get your wristband, food, and drinks so you are ready to play. Unfortunately, time slots are fixed to manage the safe and fair capacity of the gaming areas so it’s best to arrive early to avoid missing out on gaming time! If you do arrive late, you will be allowed to game until your original booked end time.
Level X does not have a set dress code, however, please remember we are a family-friendly venue so guests may be refused entry if they are wearing anything that could cause offence.
Whilst we love our furry friends, we can only allow assistance dogs in the venue.
All bookings in December are considered peak.
Guests who have specified that they wish to take advantage of any Christmas Package will be billed accordingly. No adjustments to these package terms may be made in advance or on the day. Payments for Christmas packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you wish to increase numbers we will do our best to accommodate additional guests, but this is subject to availability at the time of the request.
All guests are responsible for checking they have provided the correct information at the point of booking.
Level X are not responsible for bookings that are made and confirmed via the website where the guest has provided incorrect information or made an error with their booking.
Guests are responsible for any wilful or negligent loss or damage to the venue, furniture, and equipment. The costs of any damage goods will be charged to the hirer.
We have lockers which you can use for free to store any bags, these can be used by simply scanning your wristband – ask a member of our team to assist you. Please note that any property left within this lockers are left at your own risk. Level X does not accept responsibility for any theft or damages.
We request that only food purchased at Level X is consumed within Level X.
